- International departures: ₱950 (from ₱550)
- Domestic departures: ₱390 (from ₱200)
This change follows MIAA Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2024 and is part of continuing efforts to modernize airport facilities and enhance passenger services at the country’s main gateway.
Who is Exempt?
The following passengers will remain exempt from paying the PSC, provided valid documentation is presented:
- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
- Infants two years old and below
- Airline crew members on duty
- Pilgrims on religious travel
- National athletes and sports delegates
- Medal of Valor awardees
- Other qualified individuals recognized by MIAA
What Travelers Should Expect
The new terminal fee rates will be included in the ticket price for most airlines, making the process seamless for passengers. Those who qualify for exemptions should ensure that their documents are submitted at the time of booking or verified at the airport before departure.
Why the Increase?
The updated fees will support infrastructure upgrades, operational improvements, and service enhancements at NAIA. The initiative is intended to align the airport’s standards with global benchmarks and provide a more efficient, comfortable travel experience for passengers.
Traveler’s Reminder: If you are eligible for exemption, don’t forget to prepare your supporting documents to ensure smooth processing before your flight.
